Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day trial period for returns. Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all packaging and accessories.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on iqomi.in.
Exclusions: Personalized or engraved products and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed after inspection and approved for items meeting our return criteria.
Original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. COD refunds require bank account details.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After shipment, cancellation is not allowed, but the product can be returned as per our return policy.
Partial cancellations are not permitted.
