Returns, Refund & Cancellation

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations below:

Returns & 30-Day Trial

If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at contact@iqomi.in, and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.

We offer a flexible 30-day trial period during which you can test our products and return them if they don’t meet your expectations.

Eligibility:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All accompaniments, such as original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging materials (e.g., dust bags, boxes), must be included.
  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Note:

  • Personalized or engraved products, as well as items marked as "Final Sale," are excluded.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on iqomi.in.

Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at contact@iqomi.in with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email confirmation on whether your return has been accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs for assessment.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as per your preference.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds will only be processed for items that meet our return criteria after inspection by our quality assurance team.
  • Original delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • For COD orders, bank account details must be shared to process refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Products returned with missing components or damaged due to improper handling will not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Process:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Email us at contact@iqomi.in to request cancellation.

After Shipment:

  • Cancellation requests after shipment will not be entertained. Customers may refuse delivery, and the order will be treated as a return.

Partial Cancellation:

  • Partial order cancellations are not allowed.

Policy Abuse Prevention

To prevent misuse of our flexible policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not comply with the above terms.
  • Limit or refuse future transactions for customers engaging in excessive or unreasonable return activity.
